不時在銅鑼灣想吃中菜都會想起名館,皆因它價錢合理味道又好,餐廳的裝潢明亮乾淨讓人感到舒適自在,我還蠻好運的,每次來都有窗口位坐。黑松露炒滑蛋 (HKD78),滑蛋鬆軟綿密,口感非常滑順,十分推薦!黑椒蔥爆安格斯牛柳粒 (HKD98) 也很不錯,牛肉鮮嫩彈牙炒得很夠香,絕對能滿足你挑剔的味蕾!唯獨蝦球蟹子銀絲煲 (HKD88)比較失準,可能是煮久了沒有太多醬汁,底下的粉絲有點硬和乾,但整體味道還是不錯。
